How to Participate

You can participate in each meeting three ways:

1. Attend the meeting live. It takes place at Goshen College, Goshen, in the Koinonia Room. For directions, you can go to www.goshen.edu and look for the campus map (the Koinonia room is in the Church-Chapel; park in the South parking lot, and enter into that entrance. It’s the first room on the left.) You DO not have to pay for credentialing if you attend live.

2. Attend the meeting live via webinar

  • A few days prior to the meeting date, we will email out the hyperlink to the meeting to all providers.
  • To watch the meeting live, you just need to click on the hyperlink (or type it into your browser) a few minutes before noon on the day of the meeting.
  • You will need to log in, with your full name, as a guest.
  • If you have any questions or comments during the meeting, you may type them in and send them to us. We collect all questions that are sent to us throughout the presentation and then ask them to the presenter at the end of the presentation (so don’t worry, we will get to your question at the end.)
  • If you have already paid for the meeting, then you will need to do nothing else (you do not need to email me the code words.) We have your name on our paid list and we will be able to see that you are logged on to verify your meeting attendance. Your credentialing certificate will come in the mail about a week and ½ later. If you do not receive your certificate after two weeks, please email or call me.
  • If you watch the meeting and have not paid, then you just need to send a check to our office (LPCC, P.O. Box 18888, Elkhart, IN 46515) for $15.00 and we will then mail out your credentialing certificate.  The check should be made out to 1st Kids / Cluster B

    • 3. Watch the recorded meeting. (The link to the recorded meeting will not be sent out until after the meeting!)

  • After the meeting or on the Monday after at the latest, we will send out the link to the recorded meeting. The meeting will be available to watch on the web or we will also have a DVD version available to watch (you will just need to email me to get on the waiting list.). Please await further instructions about this option and how to get credit for it. I will send out that information with the recorded meeting link.

    • PLEASE NOTE: Anyone can watch the meeting without paying the fee! (The provider meeting is to get information to you, so please watch it if you can!) You only need to pay the fee if you want credentialing points.
