A donation of any size supports Indiana’s Early Intervention Program, First Steps. First Steps is a a family centered, community based, coordinated system, which provides early intervention services to children birth to three years of age living in Indiana, who have developmental delays or are developmentally at risk. The Division of Family and Children (DFC), Bureau of Child Development (BCD) of the Family and Social Services Administration (FSSA) has been the lead agency since 1992.
